Many OMINA pieces are made-to-order and carefully prepared through our selected production and fulfillment partners. Processing times typically range from 3–7 business days before shipment.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier availability, seasonal demand, and fulfillment location.

Please note that some orders may arrive in multiple shipments depending on the items ordered and where they are fulfilled from. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.


2. Processing Time

At OMINA, each piece is created with intention and attention to detail.

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipment. During collection launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended to ensure every order meets our quality standards before delivery.


3. Delivery Time

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days

Express Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days (when available at checkout)

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or seasonal demand.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions may be available during select periods or on qualifying orders.


5. International Shipping

OMINA ships to most countries worldwide.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees determined by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs processing and local carriers.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.

If your order ships in multiple packages, separate tracking numbers may be provided.


7. Package Protection & Worry-Free Purchase

For added peace of mind, OMINA offers optional Worry-Free Purchase Protection powered by Seel at checkout.

This optional protection helps cover eligible issues including:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Damaged packages during transit
  • Certain delivery-related issues and delays
  • Additional eligible refund or exchange flexibility depending on coverage selected

Claims for protected orders are managed directly through Seel for faster support and resolution.

If Worry-Free Purchase Protection is selected at checkout, claim instructions and coverage details will be sent to you via email after your order is placed.

Please note that coverage, claim approvals, and eligibility are determined by Seel’s protection terms and conditions.


8. Delivery Issues

If you experience any delivery issues, delays, or tracking concerns, please contact the OMINA Support Team as soon as possible at:

If your order included Worry-Free Purchase Protection, eligible shipping and delivery-related claims must be submitted directly through Seel’s claims portal using the information provided in your confirmation email.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, OMINA cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement unless shipping protection was selected during checkout.
